Policy for posting a video

YouTube has been criticized so much time because it is not following the copyright act about the video posting.
Youtube have some conditions and laws about the posting a video when ever you post a video on this website a message appears on the screen of your computer which is displayed in the following.


"Do not upload any TV shows, music videos, music concerts or commercials without permission unless they consist entirely of content you created yourself. The Copyright Tips page and the Community Guidelines can help you determine whether your video infringes someone else's copyright".


                Although YouTube has described  the condition for posting a video.Still there are too much unauthorized clips are present on this site.
                          There are so much clips of T.V shows,films and other performances.The posted videos are not directly check by the company instead this they are only analyze Under  Digital Millennium Copyright Act. That whether they are able to upload are not.


Some other companies like Vicam and Mediaset Have also sued against the youtube.They explain that the company has very little restrictions against the video uploading.
                   Viacom, demanding US$1 billion in damages, said that it had found more than 150,000 unauthorized clips of its material on YouTube that had been viewed "an astounding 1.5 billion times". YouTube responded by stating that it "goes far beyond its legal obligations in assisting content owners to protect their works".
 After that happening the YouTube have introduced a new system called "video Id" . The system checks the uploaded videos according the copy right act's contents.
